Rolleiflex 3.5E

I’v always had an interest of how things work. The days when mechanisms had to be manually set up I still kind of miss. Because of that, I really enjoy seeing cameras back in the days. I’ve always wanted to model a antique camera so I decided to do a Rolleiflex because how different you operate it. And I was thinking if I ever wanted to do something with this camera, I should try to model both the exterior and interior.
When I was searching through the different cameras I decided to land on this one, the Rolleiflex 3.5E. Well, the picture that caught my eye I found was the 3.5E. I didn’t know their was so many different models and offbrands. This was a real challenge to research. I’m sure this isn’t exactly how a 3.5E looks like in and out but I did as much as possible.

So… Many… Parts… And so many versions out there. To find images of every part and angle since I decided to model inside and out made my head hurt. Once I finally got to the texturing, I thought it was smooth sailing. Until I got to adding all text…
