Tom Servo
Tom Servo is one of the puppets to one of my favorite shows. If I didn’t mention he was a puppet, you would probably think that I just modeled a gumball machine. Which, is true too. From my experience working on this model, I really enjoyed the texturing process. Matching the subtleties of each material was such a satisfying experience. All textures were created with all the available textures in Substance Painter. Even the foam texture was all noise textures other than the zbrushing I did for the folds.
Tom servo has some interesting parts. I wasn’t expecting to be modeling spaceship toys, sculpting a barrel and doll hand to trying to figure out how a toy gumball dispenser.
